• The Learning Center provides individual tutoring and small group instruction, for students in grades one through ten. The program emphasizes building literacy, developing strong basic skills in math and science, computer skills, and good study habits, helping children to overcome learning obstacles through individual support. The development of self-esteem, self-motivation and social skills is integral to the program.
• While art is taught as appropriate in the Learning Center, plans are being made to develop state-of-the-art programs in art, music and dance in the future.

Learning Center, grades 1 - 7 will be reopening on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 - Day after Labor Day.   Applications for Learning Center, after school tutorial program, should be made as early as possible.   Interviews will be held in late August.   The students are expected to attend Monday through Thursday 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. unless special arrangements are made with the Director.   The Learning Center is particularly set up to work with students who are having difficulty in school. The fees are $40.00 per week (8 hours) unless special arrangements are made with the Director.  8th Grade and High School groups are set up as required.
